SLT 2.1.5 (beta 4) full version

Several bugs have been fixed.
New feature: Links to Libronix resources, such as dictionaries.
This version of Source Language Tools is to be used with Paratext 6.1. Users who are still using 6.0 should stick to version 2.0.18.
