[PA-383] - EnableColTopExtraSpace para should not be created preceding c para if space above c para is set to an integer multiple of body text leading
[PA-386] - Verse numbers NOT set raised are still output in smaller size

[PA-388] - Minor Section Head (\s2) font style setting in PubAssist interface ignored
[PA-389] - Notes placement fails after searching for a para style with InDesign Find command
[PA-390] - List of fonts not recognized by InDesign sometimes contains recognizable fonts
